#crispychicken #viralmustaphajalloh Perfectly Fried Chicken – Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside! 🔥🍗 Ingredients: Chicken — 1 kg or as much as you need (drumsticks, thighs or wings pieces) Lemon — 1-2 (for cleaning the chicken) Salt — according to taste (for first cleaning + marinating) Garlic — 5-6 cloves Ginger — 1 inch piece Onion — 1 medium Green chili / green chili — 2-3 Spring onion — 2-3 Aromate Chicken Seasoning (or any chicken seasoning) — 1-2 tablespoons Aromate All Natural Seasoning — 1 tablespoon Shrimp Seasoning — 1 tablespoon (for extra flavor) All-purpose flour — 1-1.5 cups Cornstarch or cornflour — 1/2 cup (for crispy) Oil — sufficient amount for frying (vegetable oil or sunflower oil) Optional: Egg (for batter), black pepper, paprika. Step-by-Step Method: Chicken Cleaning (Very Important): Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly. Mix lemon juice and salt in a bowl of water and keep the chicken for 10-15 minutes. This will remove the bad smell and make the chicken clean. Then wash it 2-3 times with clean water, drain the water and pat dry. Marinating (Flavor Building): Blend the garlic, ginger, onion, green chili and spring onion together (or finely chop). Apply this mixture to the chicken. Then add Aromate Chicken Seasoning, All Natural Seasoning, Shrimp Seasoning and salt. Apply it well with your hands so that the spices penetrate each piece. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour (the longer the better). Pre-cooking (to keep it juicy): Take the marinated chicken in a pot and cook it on medium heat. Stir occasionally. This will cook the chicken from the inside and keep it juicy. Cook it half-cooked instead of fully cooked (about 10-15 minutes). Coating and frying: Mix flour + cornstarch in a separate bowl. Fry a few pieces of onion in hot oil to release its aroma (optional but adds a good flavor). Coat the chicken pieces well in the flour mixture and drop them into the hot oil. Fry them in small batches without filling the pot. Fry them on medium heat until the outside is golden and crispy. Fry both sides evenly. Serving: Remove the fried chicken and place it on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil. Rest for a few minutes and serve hot. Tip: Keep the oil on medium heat, not too hot.
