Perfectly Fried Chicken – Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside! 🔥🍗
Ingredients:
Chicken — 1 kg or as much as you need (drumsticks, thighs or wings pieces)
Lemon — 1-2 (for cleaning the chicken)
Salt — according to taste (for first cleaning + marinating)
Garlic — 5-6 cloves
Ginger — 1 inch piece
Onion — 1 medium
Green chili / green chili — 2-3
Spring onion — 2-3
Aromate Chicken Seasoning (or any chicken seasoning) — 1-2 tablespoons
Aromate All Natural Seasoning — 1 tablespoon
Shrimp Seasoning — 1 tablespoon (for extra flavor)
All-purpose flour — 1-1.5 cups
Cornstarch or cornflour — 1/2 cup (for crispy)
Oil — sufficient amount for frying (vegetable oil or sunflower oil)
Optional: Egg (for batter), black pepper, paprika.
Step-by-Step Method:
Chicken Cleaning (Very Important):
Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly. Mix lemon juice and salt in a bowl of water and keep the chicken for 10-15 minutes. This will remove the bad smell and make the chicken clean. Then wash it 2-3 times with clean water, drain the water and pat dry.
Marinating (Flavor Building):
Blend the garlic, ginger, onion, green chili and spring onion together (or finely chop).
Apply this mixture to the chicken. Then add Aromate Chicken Seasoning, All Natural Seasoning, Shrimp Seasoning and salt.
Apply it well with your hands so that the spices penetrate each piece. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour (the longer the better).
Pre-cooking (to keep it juicy):
Take the marinated chicken in a pot and cook it on medium heat. Stir occasionally. This will cook the chicken from the inside and keep it juicy. Cook it half-cooked instead of fully cooked (about 10-15 minutes).
Coating and frying:
Mix flour + cornstarch in a separate bowl.
Fry a few pieces of onion in hot oil to release its aroma (optional but adds a good flavor).
Coat the chicken pieces well in the flour mixture and drop them into the hot oil. Fry them in small batches without filling the pot.
Fry them on medium heat until the outside is golden and crispy. Fry both sides evenly.
Serving:
Remove the fried chicken and place it on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil. Rest for a few minutes and serve hot.
Tip:
Keep the oil on medium heat, not too hot.
The longer the marinating time, the better the flavor.
This chicken jallof rice, fried rice, iftar or party will be a favorite.

Gravy’s: olive oil, cream, made peppers, salt, dry parsley, black Maggie, yellow Maggie, paprika, turmeric, dry garlic
Vegetables: chicken leg, carrots, potatoes, peppers, asparagus,
Fruit juice: pineapple, beetroot’s, ginger and flat bread

In today’s video, I’m sharing my simple morning routine, healthy eating habits, homemade cooking, natural juice preparation, relaxing tea moments, and how I spend my free time after gym and work. This video is all about real life, healthy living, comfort food, motivation, and enjoying simple moments every single day.
Every morning, the first thing I always do after waking up is pray and thank God for life, strength, protection, peace, and guidance. Morning prayer helps me start my day with a peaceful mind, positive energy, gratitude, and spiritual strength. It allows me to focus on good things, remove anxiety, and feel calm before starting the day.
After that, hydration is very important because during sleep the body loses water naturally. Drinking cold water in the morning helps restart digestion, refresh the body, and improve hydration after many hours of sleep. Living healthy is something I always try to focus on every single day.
Whenever I come back from the gym feeling extremely hungry, I always try to cook something very fast, easy, healthy, and delicious. In this video, I prepared a simple one-pot chicken and vegetable meal that can easily be cooked in the oven. The chicken turns out juicy, spicy, flavorful, and beautifully roasted while the vegetables become soft and delicious. This recipe includes chicken, potatoes, carrots, peppers, asparagus, creamy gravy, and different spices that create an amazing homemade restaurant-style flavor.
While the chicken was cooking in the oven, I also prepared a fresh homemade natural juice using pineapple, beetroot, ginger, and water. I always try to avoid processed juice with too much sugar because maintaining a healthy lifestyle and controlling sugar levels is important to me. The juice is completely natural, refreshing, healthy, and full of nutrients. I blended everything smoothly and filtered it to create a clean and refreshing drink without adding sugar or artificial ingredients.
This meal is healthy, tasty, quick to prepare, and perfect for anyone looking for easy homemade recipes after gym workouts or busy days. The combination of spicy chicken, soft vegetables, fresh juice, and bread creates a complete comfort meal that feels satisfying and delicious.
After eating, I love relaxing with a cup of green tea mixed with another herbal tea. I enjoy sitting in my room, watching TV, relaxing peacefully, and enjoying the calm atmosphere. My bedroom is honestly my comfort zone where I spend most of my relaxing time.
Later in the evening, I also enjoy watching YouTube videos, checking trending topics, and sometimes playing classic games like Super Mario because it reminds me of childhood memories, fun competitions with friends, and simple happy moments in life. Gaming and relaxing help me reduce stress and enjoy life peacefully after a long day.
